Rusty was sold in the 1960s. She was one of Davtex' pre-teen clone dolls. There probably were several versions of this doll. She was promoted as Denise's LITTLE SISTER.
Another version was sold with "lifelike bendable legs". This doll looks exactly like one of the "Honey" dolls shown on another page, except that Rusty comes with two pigtails instead of Honey's braided ponytail. She resembles the Sausage Curl Skipper doll:
